We made a purchase with York International/Johnson Controls back on May 2018 for $5,107.03, we paid for the product with a charge card and paid with a check. We have been trying for over two years now to get our refund which is on our Statement as a refund and I cannot get anyone to send us a check back. I have filled out a refund request from them from five different people now and still I cannot get a refund. I know they are local in the United States but the Refund Letter is coming from Bratislava business center. Their address is XXX XX *** Republic. I have been in contact with the local Johnson Controls have sent several emails to locals at Johnson Controls and still to no avail have I gotten a refund or any help from any one. I told them I was going to the Revdex.com and to the Local News Stations if I did not get a response from someone soon and a check in the mail to me. I do not know what else at this point in time to do with the company. I know if it was the companies money that I owed them the would be hounding me left and right but when they owe someone they don't care if they pay it back or not. I guess big Corporations think they are above the Law.
