I am very sorry to hear that Lisa does not want to do business with ous or even be contacted by us ever again.  I completely respect her wishes and have gone into our database and made sure that any and all points of contact  have been erased (address, phone number, email, etc.) In our...

system we had selected to not include her in future communications so I am not sure how it happened and I apologize.  I have done everything I can do on my part to the best of my ability to make sure that it does not happen again.I also notified the company who prints our mailers that they are not to ever include her in any mailing that we might send out in the future.
Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a 2007 [redacted] on 9/25/2014 from [redacted] in [redacted] Pa. The salesman was Chuck G[redacted]. I show that the car was inspected on 9/17/2014 by [redacted]. Station #[redacted] and according to the dealership it passed inspection. I live in Virginia. I went to the DMV and had everything legalized in the State of Va. On 11/3/2014, I went to [redacted] for a Virginia State Inspection. I failed inspection due to the tires. So I contacted Chuck G[redacted] in regards to this. He said he needed to speak to his boss and said that he can get me there special on tires for 149.00 a piece. He said they will give me $200.00 as a "Goodwill Gesture Only." I went to [redacted] and [redacted] for advice. I was told by both dealerships that it's the dealerships responsibility to make that car pass inspection. So I brought it to Chuck G[redacted]s attention and the last email he sent me was "No way good will gesture of 200. I don't know who you haves talked to but we have no obligation to do anything. I drove the car home from the inspection and haven't driven it since. Thank you, Elizabeth PeckhausDesired Settlement: I would like for you to contact them and have them to pay for 4 tires similar to the ones that are on the car now. The brand that is on them now are [redacted] G Force T/A KDW. They no longer make them but I did get 3 quotes from Tire Company's. Here are the quotes:Firestone- [redacted] $961.66[redacted]- [redacted] LX Platinum ([redacted]) $886.48[redacted]- [redacted] BW Comp-2 G Force SPT 96w. 914.84 Thank you so much for your help!
