I am rejecting this response because:It appears that whoever responded
from the York Property Management Group isn’t totally familiar with the details
of my bed bug situation.
I never asked to be ‘let out of my
lease’. Due to the extenuating
circumstances and uninhabitable conditions of my rented room, I considered the
lease to be void. I told them I could
not and would not live there because I was getting a severe reaction to bed bug
bites after they had a company fumigate.
You cannot expect tenants to live in squalor just because their
signature is on a piece of paper
If they want the parking lot
reserved for the office at *** *** *** *** only, then the sign should read “parking lot reserved for the office at *** *** *** ** only”. Their posted parking regulations differ from
the regulations they enforce. Its not
that I needed to park there or wanted to park there, I simply saw a sign that
read I could park there because I was patron of the York Property Management
Group. It’s almost laughable, that
instead of admitting they made a mistake, when they booted my car, they make up
their own definition of the word “patron”.
My desired outcome to be reimbursed in full remains the same.

AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TENANT DID NOT GIVE THE DAY NOTICE REOUIRED TO VACATE THE TENANT DID NOT RECEIVE BACK HIS SECURITY DEPOSIT.PARKING - OUR OFFICE HAS A PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET THAT IS FOR OFFICE STAFF AND OFFICE PATRONS TO PARK IN THIS PARKING LOT IS NEXT TO THE BUILDING WHERE THS TENANT LIVEDTHIS PARK MG LOT IS NOT FOR TENANTS TO PARK INTHE PARKING LOT IS AGAIN FOR STAFF AND FOR PEOPLE COMING INTO THE OFFICE TO PAY RENT, ETCTHE SIGN CLEARLY STATES THAT THE LOT IS FOR "PRIVATE PARKING OF YORK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP AND PATRONS ONLY'NOWHERE ON THIS SIGN DOES IT STATE THAT RESIDENTS OR TENANTS OF THE NEXT DOOR BUILDING ARE ALLOWED TO PARK HEREDUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR LOT IS ON A BUSY DOWNTOWNSTREET WE DO EMPLOYA SERVICE TO BOOT CARS OFF OF OUR LOT WHEN THEY ARE ILLEGALLY PARKING HERETHE TENANTS CAR WAS BOOTED OFF OUR LOT BECAUSE HE WAS ILLEGALLY PARKING THERE.DES RED OUCOME:THE TENANT DOES NOT GET THER SECURITY DEPOST BACK BECAUSE HE EXITED EARLY OUT OF HISLEASE,THE TENANT CANNOT PARK iN THIS LOT AND WAS BOOTED OFF THE LOT DUE TO HMVOLATING THE PARKING LOT RULES,SINCERELY,YORK PRO PERTY MANAGEMENT*** * *** *** *** ** ***
