Review: York towing . Towed my car out my drive way when they towed my car they dragged it from the back.. And my car has front wheel drive they picked my car up from the back and dragged it trying to leave fast dropped my car broke my Cadillac converter put a hole in the bottom of my car and my passenger side floor is pushed up .. And they told me they picked it up like tht ... I have witnesses they seen it I have pictures and my drive way have the drag marks from when they took it.... Now I also have witnesses tht seen them drop my car plus I just pulled up 3 mins before the towed my car my car was perfectly fine before they touched it the owner laughed in my face and said can u prove itDesired Settlement: I want my money back for the tow and also I want them to pay for the damage done to my car it gonna cost me over 800 dollars to get my car fixed and I shouldn't have to pay for it.

Review: Car was towed by this company, the owner of the car called to confirm car was in the impound lot, this was confirmed by company and stated that it was $77 dollars for the tow and $20 a night, this was Saturday December 7th, however Wednesday December 11 when attempted to collect the car the company stated it would be $325 plus tax and only in cash, refusing to give a receipt, when called a second time that day they quoted a higher price and again only in cash. When asked why the cost was higher than what was originally stated they said that was the price and they would keep the car if unable to pay that day. We did not have the money so the company is keep the car and stating it will be $100 more the next day if we wanted it. This seems unfair and illegal.Desired Settlement: We would like to company the stick to the originally quoted rate and not have them charge whatever they like and threaten the customer
