With regard to the compliant from ** ***, I have spoken to him directHe explained the issueI have also spoken to members of staff involved and the checked our records. Our processes were not followed correctly, which led to this issueTherefore we have provided ** *** a refund

To elaborate on that response from the business is the following: I had received notification from a provided "Emergency Contact" that the  business my complaint was against, had called them the evening of December 11, 2017 advising they were sending to my home, the amount of $113.80 and to ask me to call the Revdex.com to let them know the issue was amicably resolved.  I did receive a check in said amount via U.S. Mail on Wednesday December 20, 2017 and am submitting notice of acceptance to the Revdex.com on the morning of following business day. I wish to add a note of thanks and appreciation to the Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter.
