Oct2017Yes we did Rebuild the transmission in the postal *** Initially the customer failed to disclose on the phone that it was a postal [redacted] being used for commercial use After Rebuilding the transmission it was discovered that his Throttle valve cable was no good He insisted upon taking it in that condition, and brought it back later We installed the cable at no charge even though it is not a covered component of the vehicle Yes on 1/16/ He did bring it back for a minor leak that was repaired promptly at no charge! This leak was observed on the Free week check up We do ask our customers check up This is standard procedure in the automotive transmission industry Yes he brought it back 8-7- At that time we found the ATF was somewhat discolored It was appox qts low and leaking from a transmission cooler line (a non covered component) We flushed the AT fluid, fixed the leaking line and Road tested vehicle no problem noticed with correct amount of AT fluid Called the customer 8-9-to advise him it was ready (days) he said he would pick it up on 8-10-in pm, I waited for him to arrive to go over the vehicle with him The customer would not let me get a word in, made hostile action and move at me when I tried to explain to him that his Speedometer (needle on dash) was not working properly Again the customer will not even give the courtesy of hearing a person out therefore there is no communication The vehicle is in very poor condition, engine oil leaks terrible, Rear end howling very loud The transmission is computer controlled and cooler line, TV cables, etcnot covered under warranty He needs to read the warranty that he signed and agreed to The customer became a law student in and makes threat after threat All of a sudden since every business he goes to has issues He needs to read his signed warranty Thank you, Norm T.General Manager

6/14/2017In response to the customers request for a refund we have not done any warranty checks etc etc. I would be more than willing to drive along with the customer and let him point out to me the slipping. The customer brought the truck back in shortly after delivery and said he heard
some type of chunk/click noise on the way home but it did not do it on the way back in here. No problem we checked over the vehicle no problem found. The customer brought the truck back 5-9-17, chattering, missing? after many road tests. The truck is missing (engine miss). I asked how long have you had the truck customer says since new, when have you changed plugs, never, *** recommends plugs changed at K miles, it is pass due. I found a local garage for the customer that changes these plugs as these are the plugs that break off. I suggested coils and plugs all OEM not after market. I will enclose our original work sheet and the work sheet for 5-9-17. The customer is not due a refund we have provided the service. We do not warranty the entire truck only the transmission. Again do not drop off the truck, pick me up and we will drive it together so that this slip can be pointed out to me. Thank you
