Technician Allen called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled time, which was fine with me He arrived when he said he would and was knowledgeable about repairing the problem to our home alarm system He explained what he was doing as he went along He discussed newer alarm system options with me but was not pushy about them

Allen was on time as scheduled, even in the snow, which had not yet been cleared completely from secondary roads (Monday after Saturday's "Blizzard of 2016") He was very pleasant and fixed our battery issue quickly I am pleased to continue doing business with Security Associates

After trying to work with another alarm company that has an "attitude", we recently entrusted our home with Security Associates An alarm installer that had worked with us during an addition to our home had sold his business to Security Associates so we contacted them for an estimate Dave Dorman visited and made some recommendations for a new wireless system - similar to the one that Pat Ichniowskii had offered when he still had his own business We added some features and agreed on a contract We stressed that we wanted Pat to participate in the installation
Pat and Ron Harris arrived on schedule on November 1, They worked together to install the system that we had selected Both of them were very efficient and careful to ensure the safety of our home and our pets during the installation Ron explained the workings of the new system and stood by while we "practiced"
We have now worked through some of the features and are very satisfied with the ease of operation - it could be a bit over-whelming at first as it has many featuresWhen you get used to the system you will be very comfortable using the features and the straight forward control panel We are very satisfied with the installation

I have been with Security Associates about years now and I absolutely love Jackie *** in the Service Department! She has ALWAYS givendors me the best customer service and is so professional If she were to ever leave and go to another alarm company, I would go with her! That's how wonderful she is She is definitely an asset to the company, I hope they realize that!!!
