Worst dealership ever. I purchased a [redacted] RV from Yorkton Dodge the broke down the very first day we tried to use it. Without getting into all the details, the experience we with Yorkton Dodge was horrible. [redacted]. I met with the owner, Doug, and was told that he already had my money and there was nothing I could do about it. It's been almost a year and our RV is still not fixed. Whatever you do, avoid this dealership at all costs.

Complaint[redacted] I purchased a 2011 [redacted] used from the dealership in Summer of 2015. I was assured that the vehicle was gone through and everything was up to code. I drove it for about 1 1/2 months and found out the brake pads and rotors were completely gone. Which this should never of happened if they were up to code. Dodge told us this was their fault and they would fix it for free which we ended up having to pay $100 deductible, so technically it wasn't free. I told them I wanted to return the vehicle because clearly the pre purchase inspection was not done and I was assured by [redacted] the sales manager that the full inspection would be done and they would fix and replace any thing that was wrong for free. It turns out the tires, differencial for the all wheel drive needed to be replaced and I was told by [redacted] that he would contact me when the parts and tires were available. They fixed the differencial (or so I thought) but now it is leaking. I don't know how long it has been like this. I had an oil change done at a different dealership at beginning of June and they informed me of the leak. I never heard [redacted] until I went in and finally was able to speak with him. At the beginning of June 2016 I informed him about the tires and the leaking diffential once again. He told me that he had to check and see if the tires were there. They should have been there since it was almost a year since he was supposed to contact me about them. He didn't believe me when I told him about the leaking differential and their mechanic was supposed to check it out. [redacted]. I tried to call on June 21, 2016 to make an appointment for the leak and the tire replacement and again I was told by [redacted] that he needed to check if the tires were there and he would call me back [redacted] he did not call me back. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would never of had this vehicle for this long if I knew that they were going to leave me with a lemon and not fix the issues. It is a year later and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I do not want this vehicle I would like to have my money back and loan paid off. [redacted] Business Response After looking into this, our records show that we have worked on this vehicle and had all this fixed before he bought it. We are looking for used tires for his -as he requested- but have yet to find a set. Once we do we will be in contact with him. If he is still having problems, we ask that he come in and sit and talk with us here at Yorkton Dodge to get this rectified.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)When my wife and I purchased this vehicle we were guaranteed the full 125 point inspection was done. When we noticed things going wrong we brought it to [redacted]'s attention. The brakes failed after owning it for less than 2 months. They were so bad it was metal on metal. We were told it would cost over $600.00 to replace them. [redacted] The bumper was falling off, the differential needed replacing, and the tires needed to be replaced. [redacted]. We were then told oh no we will get it all fixed up for you. THAT WAS ALMOST A YEAR AGO. We were told by [redacted], when we mentioned the tires, that Dodge will find a set of better tires to replace the crappy ones. THAT WAS ALMOST A YEAR AGO. [redacted]Final Business Response [redacted]Customers have been in and new tires put on the vehicle. Their vehicle has also been gone over by a mechanic and problems have been addressed. Both husband and wife are happy.Thank you
