did nothad his phone on hand not even his work phone that does not have a camera, he had his phoneinside the vanThere was no purpose of doing anything like thatWe are a professional serviceand any illegal act is not accepted and our employees know thatNext this service has 14spaces is a passenger van ford transit and there were passenger, he has his spacereserved for one personVan was not over loaded at anytime; the diver claim that thepassenger said that he did not wanted to go inside the vehicle because of his sides he himselves claim that he did not fit because of his sideThe driver responded to him that it was nothis fault that the space available for him was not enough for him because of his sidesWhenthere is a passenger that has big sides we don't know because reservation is over the phoneunless the customer let us know about his sides and we can arrange a better space for them,but this was not the caseThe van was not overloaded and thedriverjust tell him that it was hischoice getting in the van because it was not his fault that he did not fit on the van that he shouldlet us know with time ahead that he needs more space we can save him the front sit so he willwe comfortableThere is no discrimination on letting a company know that you are big, or havecomplication, so we can adjust to the customer needs and this was not the caseWhen they callcustomer service we were very nice to them and tell them that the owner was going to beavailable between 8:AM to 3:PM and both dispatcher that attend the customers that callto complain dispatcher were fully bilingual they are citizen of the united states and grow up inthis country since there were little kidsThere is no discriminations on any kind not because ofwait, sides, race, or languageEveryone in this company is very nice with our customers, and isreally sad that others want to take advantage of any situation to give this company that lives fortheir customers and to have the best service possible to get money out or give us a badreputation because they just misunderstood and got mad.Thank youLuisanny J***General Office Manager***
