I am rejecting this response because: *** at the time was very courteous to usThe first time I had my daughter call him for updates he spoke very little acting in controversy to the attitude he had when he first sold us the car [redacted] said he would speak to his boss, although I was under the assumption he was the boss because he assured anything wrong with the car would be taken care of under himThe second time someone called my daughter from this number [redacted] We have no idea who it was, but we are assuming it was ***'s bossMy daughter did not call him, he called usHe spoke over her yelling "Your mom still owes 1,on her down payment!!! When she pays that we can help her with the car" But, I do not owe anything because I have a receipt of 4,000$Both of the owners have no idea what the lemon law states, and I should not have been lured into buying a car that did not even have the correct key to begin with
ON 04/28/2016, *** *** PURCHASED A *** XTERRA FROM US, THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD AS-IS, *** DIDN'T PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANY (SERVICE CONTRACT).SHE HAS CALLED IN AND SAID SHE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CAR, WE TOLD HER THAT WE WILL HELP HER ON SOME OF THE COSTS FOR THE REPAIARS,

response to message received on 07/02/2016 We are not going into he said, she said response,so as I mentioned in my first response, vehicle was sold AS-IS no warranty, nothing was promised to customer, she did not purchase an extended service contractand she had the option to take the vehicle and get it inspected any where she wants, before the purchase, So please count this as my last response to this, there is nothing we can do from our end, she has to go and repair the vehicle at her own expense if she wants to repair it.And this does not apply to the lemon, she needs to look deeper into lemon law rules .thank you

I will fax you all the paperwork they gave me for the vehicle. When I talk to [redacted] over the phone he said my car had a 30 day warranty and the 30 days were up. I do not have have that paperwork just the contract and [redacted]s estimate. Yosemties motors mechanic never gave me any invoices when taking the vehicle there.My daughter and son are witness of me taking the car and them saying it was just a fuse that's why the check engine light was on.
