Hello, Please be advised that we have tried to reach out to this guest to discuss this matterUnfortunately had the manager on duty better handled this situation I don’t believe that we would have had a guest that felt the need to involve the Revdex.comJust and FYL this room had some beetles not bed bugs and the guest just would not believe the housekeeping manager when they spoke with themAlso we are a non-smoking property however with all the international guests even with signs and talking about this a check in we can’t always control where people smoke Thanks [redacted] CHA | Aramark | General manager| Yosemite Valley Lodge | Yosemite Hospitality [redacted] Lodge Dr, Yosemite National Park, CA ***
