I Suad H [redacted] have been knew about [redacted] from the day she brought her car and she was told from that day she came in we are busy it’s going to take time to get to her car [redacted] said no problem my daughter answer the phone I was told she never called the shop to talk to the owner [redacted] L Contee did come to the shop on April 4th and took her car on April 15th doesn’t make her telling the truth when she said two weeks until she picked up her carWhen the shop got to her car they had to fix the fuel pump in order to start the car and found out what else was wrong because she said the car made noises on the highwayThree personal cars in the shop for personal use no one will drive a customer car only to try it Issa did try the car after they fixed the fuel pump it was itIssa used the machine to look for other problems and he told [redacted] she said don’t want to fix anything Issa trash the noteIt’s a none since she accused the shop of switching the battery we never have a problem with being honest with our customersShe told Issa before she left the shop that she will make a big deal out of it or we give her back the deductible money and as you see all her complaint she is asking about the deductible waived she tried not to pay itLast Issa has been working for S&H Auto Repair for the last twelve years and he is the manager for S&H and can take decisions without going back to us myself or my husbandIssa has been running the business this is a first time we have a complaint and we understand [redacted] got upset because she paid the deductible and everything she did say in her complaint was untrue I’m sorry she felt this way our business it’s not in a faultThank you for bringing this matter to my attention if you have any questions please call me on my mobile ###-###-####

We did have some issues but the work was completedThe customer was informed about the issues and was ok with it. Until it became time to pay her deductibleThe warranty company was informed of everything and was perfectly fine with it. They understood the amount of work and time the vehicle needed.We apologized for the time it was taking. There is no refund of any kind to be given

I am rejecting this response because:
The information in the statement isn't true. I was told that not the same day but the next day my vehicle would be checked.  I was never told that there was several vehicles before me.  If in fact I was told that I would have never left my vehicle as I needed back within a week.  My complaint about the deductible that I paid was from bad customer service and the shop not completely repairing my vehicle. If you pay a deductible for the repairs of a vehicle then all repairs should be fixed upon pick up.  Yes!  I did pick up my vehicle after it was there a week without being touch and the following week only the fuel pump was replaced. I was told that my vehicle was being driven to run errands and I became very upset and did advice Issa that my vehicle isn't for personal use and that my insurance didn't cover him.  He said he was driving it to see if anything else was wrong with it and that he had to makes a few stops them after he returned from [redacted] he would call me.  Again,  my vehicle was seen on the capital beltway being driven by a male of a different race from myself.  Another time it was seen with two passengers. I called Arex and made a complaint about my vehicle being driven without my consent. Mileage was added to my vehicle which goes against my warranty.  I picked up the vehicle because I was told that my vehicle wouldn't be fixed until the warranty company paid for each service one at a time.  When I picked it up I requested all of the finding.  Issa couldn't give me anything in writing and there was no finding on my repair order.  He advised me  when asked that he write notes on paper's located different places of the shop.  I requested him to locate the notes and stat them on my invoice like all other shop do.  He refused and and had no knowledge of anything that was wrong with the vehicle when I verbally asked.  I told him I didn't think I should be responsible for paying a deductible and the work wasn't completed,  my vehicle was driven and that he couldn't tell me what was wrong with my vehicle besides what I told him when I had the Tow Truck drop it to the shop.  I have never had a problem paying a deductible and or diagnostic  and I can furnish proof.  If my vehicle was checked why don't I know what the diagnosis is in writing.  I only spoke to a female once and that was to speak to Issa,  nothing else was discussed.  When I picked up my vehicle I saw the female and a child driving in another customers vehicle. I never discussed the diagnostic fee until I was on the way to pick up my vehicle.  I don't feel  like I should have had to pay it because all the repairs wasn't completed and my vehicle was driven and I don't know what is wrong with it.  (There Findings)  My fairly new battery was taken and I do have proof that this wasn't the battery that I had when I dropped the vehicle to the shop.  The customer service was awful they soiled my carpet with grease that I had to have cleaned and I have proof of that.  A customer shouldn't have to call a repair shop that's working on there vehicle almost everyday.  A professional company would reach out to the customer. Once Issa knew that I was picking up my vehicle he became very upset on the telephone.  I believe he vandalized my vehicle because I've been having different mechanical problems every since and is unable to drive my vehicle.
