Review: ORDER NO. [redacted]on 3/*/2014 I ordered the product TESTOMAX and enclosed my check for $34.98Upon receipt of merchandise product stated that taking TESTOMAX with prescription medication (which I am taking) may cause a reaction. None of the other literature makes any mention of this. On 4/*/2014 I returned the product unopened and requested a refund.On 5/**/2014 they informed me that TESTOMAX is non-refundable. Upon checking the order form is states "non-refundable product" in print that is much, much, smaller than the rest of the order form.As it now stands "YOSHIDAA COMPLEX HAS MY MONEY AND THE MERCHANDISE THAT I RETURNED UNOPENED"I believe this is not a proper way of conducting business, but away of fleecing customers (STEALING)Desired Settlement: THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP THE FUNDS AND THE MERCHANDISE.IF THEY HAD STATED THAT MERCHANDISE CAN CAUSE A REACTION, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY ASSISTANCE YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE
