We would like to apologize for extremely delayed shipment of several orders placed in April 2017. We were recently made aware of the delayed fulfillment and are have contacted each customer individually to arrange for refunds as well as store credit. As of 12 May 2017, all delayed orders have...
either been refunded and/or shipped (with shipping charges refunded). Additional store credit has been issued to each customer for use at our online store with no expiration date.
