I have offered come up many times I offered send our guys back up to the job to see there complaints and resolve themI have the contract we did what was in the contract we tore the roof off and hauled awayWe tore the back porch off and rebuilt new back porchFixed the bad wood in the back of houseWe installed new felt new drip edge and new five rib metalThe dip in the front of the house was not in the contract at allWe did everything to honor the contractThe drip edge is supposed to have splits in it can't help that it's not seamless drip edgeThe gutters I have to see it to see what's going onThere was no ice gaurd installed it was not in the contract and the metal manufacture requires pound felt we did use it they do not require ice and water shield.if the trim metal is not straight we would fix not a issue and we would cover any damage metalWe also fix a bad header and installed a door they owe us extra for thatThe homeowner does not get Home till and her husband is home during the day she wants us to come up after 6:I offered few times to come up just couldn't do it at that time I will send my guys up any time to look at the complaints and address them I explained to her that's what we do when homeowner has a complaint we sent our services guys out to address the concernsWe want to resolve this

He offers to send different guys to look at the roof and review the complaints which is no different from the past months and failed to look at himself The day his guys considered themselves done and came knocking on the door for payment they were told there would not be a check and to have owner come up here to see the projectHe is trying to make this out like we don't want to pay- which has been a good thing that we didn't His immediate response was that it was a good job and to sue us for additional payment (not sure how he knows anything about it being good since he hasn't seen) He has ignored the fact that we have serious issues We had no problem paying our 1/down that he cashed right away and started the job months later I am surprised he feels that this issue should not have been mentioned since he left leaking during that time So, he has a feeling he won't paid as we have the feeling about getting the roof done as it should have been done His own guy told my husband "they are not the regular roofers and was stuck in the middle and the job is one that he is not proud of" To be clear, there is no dip in the main roof - its a humped up area in the front porch roof in which we were told would not be an issue by the owner and sales person last August So its nothing new They were to make it in line with the peak of the main roof which is far from that We refuse to leave the porch and roof the way it is nor do we want a patched job and continue to end up with problems We want it replaced since due to their negligence the warranty will be voided due to improper installation and damaged by them We asked for a refund so we can get this job redone and have a warranty on the metal and to stop further damage He will say he offers a warranty but we have found how unreliable his business has been since we have been at this for almost a year He states he deserves a right to fix issues and I believe we have the right to a refund since he has failed to provide satisfactory services and causing water damage to our home.Regards,

We will send different guys up to look at the roof and inspect the project and review the complaints and fix them up to contract. Any roofing company can say what they want when it's not there job. The day my guys were done before the homeowners called any roofers [redacted] told my guys tell me.yost he is not getting his final payment this is what this is coming down to is the final payment we are offering to fix there complaints only to contract. We will address the gutters, drip edge, back porch roof rafters hangers, bent metal and missing screw holes in the metal also the trim metal the dip in the main roof was not in the contract. When I emailed [redacted] when the job was complete she started about how long it took to get to the job so we had the feeling this was not going to be paid at all. We will make there complaints right to contract and up to standard.
