The comments about large amount of greases were severely exaggerated because we do not have a reqtaurant.
Our installation manager made contact on August 5 with [redacted]. The matter was to be resolved on the 12th of the month. I am reaching out to the installation manager this am to confirm that everything has been taken care of to the customers satisfaction. I will let you know as well.
