I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding not offering a guarantee and warranty for a clogged drainWe were called to the property on two (2) separate occasions to clear the kitchen drainThe first call was to remove a large amount of greaseThe plumber cleared the drain and tested it for proper drainageAt that time you were advised about proper disposal of greaseApproximately days later we were called back because the drain clogged againThe plumber cleared feet of the kitchen drain, removed rice from the drain, and tested the line to make sure it was clear before he leftUnfortunately, we cannot refund the $A clogged drain is something we can't guarantee won't happen again.On both calls it was recommended to upgrade the garbage disposal
