This has been confirmed with our payment processor. AS stated in our response sometimes it takes up to 5-10 days for payments to be processed this timeframe is beyond our control in many cases.
We responded immediately to his request.
Also, the support ticket referenced #3590 was responded to on on Feb 24th, 2016 at 10:46 AM CST with the following message:

We have issued your refund please allow 5-10 business days for the payment to appear on your statement.

Finally, our products require a yearly or monthly subscription and this is clearly defined during purchase and mentioned often during product usage.
We make support a priority and offer many ways to reach out to us. As shown above we do respond and have issued a full refund.
