You C Carry Out

At approximately 10:30a I placed an order for my coworkers and myself at this establishment. One out of the six orders placed was incorrect and I called to inform them of this mistake. While proceeding to explain the issue the gentleman who answered the phone hung up on me. So I then took the plate of food over to the store and placed it on the counter. I meticulously stated "my coworker does not eat scrambled eggs this is not the order that was placed", he replied in a very aggressive manner "well that's what you said because I wrote it down". I said "sir I am not here to argue there is still a hungry patron waiting on a corrected order". He then replied "you work in sales right so you know the customer is not always right". I was baffled and couldn't believe he actually said this to me. So I replied "my apologies I know how painstaking I was with the order, I am college educated so there I no need to speak to me in a condescending manner". He replied "I'm college educated too what the [redacted] do you mean?" I replied " who are you cursing at?" and he repeatedly kept yelling "get the [redacted] out of my store" at this point I was not leaving until I was refunded the monies paid for the incorrect meal. And after handing me the money the owner came to the front screaming at me to leave and the son followed and approached me in a threatening manner. I literally had to call the police and they stated they couldn't get involved because he didn't physically assault me, but he did verbally and came around the counter and implied that he was prepared to attack me so to keep myself out of a physical assault I stepped outside to contact the Sheriff's department. It is a shame that a customer would have to deal with such blatant disrespect. And I have witnesses who work for my employer who have had similar experiences with the same individuals at this establishment and no longer patronize this business. It is a shame that as an African American Male in this day and age in America we still have to fight to earn respect and justice. If the authorities wont do anything how can results be achieved. It is truly disheartening that fellow members of the African American community undergo this same treatment and say nothing, because no one will aid and no one will do anything. They don't use hairnets, they don't use gloves and I have witnesses that can attest to this at least 20+ signatures I can get right now to attest to these practices. I will be contacting the Health Department first thing Monday morning. And if I have to invest in a human right attorney or an attorney to file a civil law suit or whatever I will exhaust all options available. They will not get away with this any longer. This place is dirty and unsanitary and as God as my witness this will not be the end of this.
