Hello,  Please note the facts are accurate up to a certain point. The customer did place an initial wholesale order with us at a trade show on 3/11/16 and we were offering a 60 day guarantee for all orders placed at the show.  The goods were shipped the week...

after.   The customer notified us on 4/28 that the products had been placed in several stores, and he placed another order.  We did not receive his email stating he could not sell the products until 9/22/2016 – a full 6 months AFTER his initial purchase and clearly far outside the 60 day guarantee period.  At that time we were about to undergo a revision in packaging and could not accept the products back for credit.  I personally responded to his emails TWICE with this information. As a manufacturer, it is not our responsibility to sell our customer’s products for them.  We sell to the retailer or distributor…and they then market and sell to their customers.  The reality for all retailers is that if a product doesn’t sell well, strategies must be implemented to increase sales (mark down prices, change location in the store, etc).  This is common practice and It is highly atypical for manufacturers to accept returns for products purchased 6 months prior.    [redacted]www.YouCanHideIt.com

She suggested I put them in other stores. I did that. I have even tried to sell stores at MY COST with no luck. She continued to push me along knowing that I could not sell the products she provides. I even begged her to give me a distributor she sells to so I could sell directly to them and she refused to do that to.  I would like to send these back for credit and she mail me a a check. I paid to ship them to me and I will pay to ship them back. If your product sells so good give me someone who is selling lots of these to sell them to.
