Review: On June 2013 I was sold a ford expedition 2006. After I purchasd the car I started having problems with the car shaking in idle mode, and the check engine light came on. I reported the issue to the dealership owner [redacted] He then told me he had just had a new engine putt in the suv and he would have it checked. They kept the car for two months. Returned the car to me with the same issues. I then reported the issue again, again the car was taken to be repaired for a couple of months. Meanwhile I am still making car note payments and I have to pay for rides to work and pay to use people cars. [redacted] offered me a car abused car that had trouble running. I couldnt drive that car so he offered nothing else. I receive my suv back the first week of march 2015 (mind you he had it since Nov 2014). This time I was told another engine was put in and the suv should be running perfect. Not even a week later the check engine light was back on and the car was having the same issues. I told [redacted] he said he would call me back the the repair shop information. Well he didn't call me back. So I called again the suv is getting worst. I asked for paper on the repair of the suv and I still don't have it. Finally I get the repairshop number and they say bring it in. Well guess what, I can't because the suv is not working at all. I told [redacted] I don't want the suv anymore I need a reliable car. He wants to give me the run around. It's been close to a year that I have had this suv and have not been able to use it even though I'm paying monthly for it. I just want my deposit and money put into the car back, I don't trust that You Payy Less 4 Cars is capable of selling reliable transportation.Desired Settlement: I want You Payy Less 4 Cars to get back their suv and refund me of my cash deposit of $1500 and all car notes paid for the suv.

I did all because is the right thing to do I do underestand her frustration but I did all I could to make sure she is happey with her car.....

Review: The sales staff uses deceit in order to sell vehicles. I was sold a vehicle (2005 Suzuki Forenza), for which the price that I was initially offered was $6,300.00 After failing to acquire credit from an outside finance agency, I was offered in-house financing in which I was told the price of the vehicle would increase for a GPS unit that would also save me money on my vehicle insurance. The price of the car on the new contract was $7,950, and a GPS unit was never installed. I was also told that my payment history would be reported to the main credit agencies so that I could refinance through my credit union at a lower interest rate with good history. After attempting to refinance my vehicle through California Coast Credit Union, I was told that I had no credit history, after 5 payments, and that the dealership had never reported my payment history to any of the credit bureaus.

I was also told that there was a 1,000 mile warranty on the vehicles. It took three attempts by myself to get these honored in which the car was taken, but no work was performed, or the work performed was not done correctly. It turned out that my boyfriend found out that the wrong year valve cover was used, which caused an oil leak, and he had to go down to the dealership to finally get them to fix the car with the correct part, and to fix the airbag light. The airbag worked for a month before malfunctioning again

When I ask what my balance is, or mention the airbag, or the fact that he has not reported my credit history, I get rude service from various employees. Yelling, stating that they never told me that they would report my history, and completely rude. I feel that the dealership is retaliating because we pushed them to honor the 1,000 mile warranty. All vehicles on their lot, to this day, all have flyers that advertise the 1,000 mile warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like for the dealership to take back the car and end the contract. The down payment of $2000 and the 5 payments at $288.95 will more than make up for the depreciation of the vehicle during singing to this current point in time and for miles added. I can't bring this offer up because of the lack of professionalism from the staff.

Review: Went to buy a used car. Spoke to [redacted] sales manager and [redacted] finance manager.I was told that all their cars are maintained and ready to be driven off the lot. Don't believe any of them. I left with the car and on the way home the steering wheel starts to violently shack as th car picked up speen on the freeway. I call [redacted] he said bring it back after work, we will put you in a temporary car while we fix the problem. Sounded great but that didn't happen. I took the car back and when I got there no one know about it and sent me on my way. This attempt to return it happen twice. By this time I was afraid to drive it anymore. The steering wheel shook and the now car pulled to the right. Before I drove it down to You Pay Less For Cars I called [redacted] yet again told him I had a flat and was in the shop getting repaired. He said he would reimburse me for repairs. I had a friend machanic check the car. He advised me to return it. This car has a rust problem inside and out including the engine. So I took it back explained to the bad guys that I did not want to purchase the car anymore and why. [redacted] did not follow through with repairs, temporary car or with reimbursement for repairs. When I asked for my down payment he said in a very manner "You Are Not Getting Your Down Payment Back". [redacted] dose not keep his word. My advice is to stay away from this place. Spend your money wisely you work hard for it. They will take it quickly.Desired Settlement: Down payment, reinburstment for repairs returned & dealership investigated for there practices.

Review: I bought a car on april 16, 2015 and in the third day of using the car I began to have trouble with the transmission. I brought the car in to get it fixed and according to them they fixed the problem with the transmission. Once I recieved the car again five days later the same problem began to happen. I went back to the dealer and spoke to [redacted] the sales manager and I told him I was having trouble again with the transmission. I told him if I can get my money back or trade it for another car and he responded by saying I could fix again. But this was going to be the second time to get it fixed but I was not content so thats why I told him if I could get my money back or trade it for another car. In a rude a manor he told me that he was not gonna give me my money nor another car, and he told me if I didnt like what he offered then to leave the keys with the secretary which her name is simoney. So I left the keys with her and the car stayed there.Desired Settlement: DOWN PAYMENT 1,000.00 DLS BACK
