The customer failed to read the confirmation email of his order (below).  It clearly states that custom products take an ADDITIONAL 14-21 days for a total of 24-35 days after order placement to be sent.  Print orders are mailed out 7-10 days of the order (per the confirmation email that he...

was sent). The customer's order was placed on 05/17/15. Print orders (5x7's, 8x10's & wallets) are typically mailed out within 10-14 days of order placement. Print orders are mailed directly from our lab in Oklahoma, so please allow USPS transit time from there to you.
Custom products take an additional 14-21 days for completion for a total of 24-35 days after order placement. These items include: Custom 16"x17" White Matted Black Frame, Tassel frames, & Custom Plaques- Sizes 1, 2, 3 & 4. Those will arrive under separate cover either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail.
If an overview and/or group photo is available from your event and you have placed an order for one, 8x10's will be mailed with the rest of your order. Larger print sizes will be mailed separately and will not necessarily be received at the same time as the rest of the order.
Please keep these delivery time estimates in mind as this generates the most questions about orders that were placed with a mix of custom products and/or group orders along with prints. Thank you!
