They were professional, quick and very experienced. They arrived late Friday night and had everything completed by Tuesday. Had a water heater disaster in my garage on a Sunday morning- called and the team was out within an hour setting up to get area dry and mitigate water damage to walls and house interior. Made the insurance process as painless as possible and fought to ensure we got full value for the cost of mitigation and repair. Great team - made the best out of a bad experience.

Advanced Restoration was on site within a few hours of our call, set up, and explained the process thoroughly. More importantly they gave us peace of mind that they would check in daily for moisture readings, progress and communication with the insurance claims adjusters. Because of this damage was minimal and we were back to normal within a week.

We were out of the country and our neighbor noticed a stream of water coming out of our garage. He called our son and the two of them went into our house to investigate. A water leak had been going for 2 or 3 days and 2/3 of our 3,600 sq ft house was in 2 inches of water, a major project. Our neighbor had water damage in his bathroom and used a company named Advanced Restoration to dry the bathroom, he was very happy with the service and referred them to our son.
Our son called them they were at our house in a matter of hours with all their equipment and immediately went to work. Josh from Advanced Restoration called me when I was still out of the country and told me not to worry, they would take of everything, a comforting phone call.
We are very happy with the results.
No mold or mildew or musty smell. Amazing considering how much carpet, hardwood floors, cabinets and drywall was soaked with water.
They had to remove a lot of base board and did it without major damage to the drywall so we were able to install new baseboards with very little drywall repair.
They had to cut holes in the drywall for air flow in a few places but did it in places where the repair would not be noticeable, like behind the refrigerator.
Our electric bill was much larger than normal due to all the equipment running, and this was not a problem because the insurance paid for the extra cost.
There was only one thing damaged in the dry out process, a piece of glass on our stove got broken, but Advanced Restoration compensated us for the repair.
I would recommend them to anybody.
I just wish we had as good of an experience with our insurance company!

I live in Mass. and own a villa in Millpond, NPR, FL. ,I had just finished renovating my unit in Jan. 2016 after my tenant left causing $10,000 in damage. The unit beside ours was empty and owned by the bank, in Feb. they started to remodel that unit that caused a water leak that ended up doing $3,000 damage in my unit. The day the realtor called me about the water we had [redacted] come in ans check all water lines and found it was coming from the next door unit, they recommended Adv. Restoration to help with the damage we had to the walls, rugs, vanity due to the water. I contacted AR Sunday night 2/21 and they came out the following morning and set up the drying equipment and took care of all damage in the bathroom, bedroom in 4 days which was great.

Last January, I purchased a new home and, within a week, it had flooded. A massive rainstorm had pushed water into two rooms in the rear of the home. The property was a rental and I had had tenants move in just the week before. It was critical to get the situation under control quickly, especially since one of my tenant's children had a mold allergy. I called DryMeOut and they were there immediately. The water was removed and, within 4 days, the property was completely dried out...everything handled in a professional and expeditious way. I would highly recommend these guys.

Anybody can repair a house, but very few a family crisis. Most of the damage done by water in your house is the anxiety of dealing with insurance, moving to a hotel, having your house destroyed/repaired/rebuilt at the same time.

Day of inspection: Upon arrival, they presented themselves very professionally. Brought high-tech gear, looked through and inside the walls and inspecet not only the area affected but actually the whole house.
Before even starting, the first thing they did was sat down with me in the table and explained the whole process. All the way from insurance, to the process of handling the mold; type of molds, health concerns ,etc. Very knowledgeable people.

Insurance: They went above the line handling insurance. They understand that perhaps the most painful part is dealing with insurance agent themselves and they were very helpful providing all the information required during the whole process. This is something that can only be acquired with experience folks. There is no price for this service and definitely the ease of mind it produces to the whole process.

Work done: First day they arrived, THEY HELP US PACK OUR BAGS AND MOVE OUT!. Incredible but true. They helped us carry things to the car, even hold our dog while we finish all the last details. A army of soldiers came in to the house. I don't say this slightly as they came in 4 fully loaded service vans. They must have had at least 10-15 workers in my house. They demolished everything within 1-2 days. and started the remediation/repairs right away. NO DELAYS / NO EXCUSES. Sent me pictures of the progress; called me with updates every day. It was like they were chasing me all the time to tell me the status which actually gave me a piece of mind through the whole process as they seemed to be very methodical and programmed. Very organized. They actually called me to tell me the house was going to be ready some days before the deadline so I could move back to the house earlier. They fixed everything and most importantly [redacted] was right when he mentioned: "Whenever I give the keys of your house back to you... you wont even know we were here. Your house will be brand new!"

Work was perfect (DETAILED PERFECT). This is why he has engineers on board. They get to the details not only on the repairs but the cleaning of the house, final touch-up, even odor dissipation. He even helped my wife with color trends / construction best practices and to pick the floor replacement.
