Mr *** ordered a replica in Sept of He was told at the time that it may take until the end of Sept to completeHe understood this and was obviously fine with the timeline as he placed the order. He subsequently contacted us , informing us that he would be fishing again in late
August and would we consider holding up the process until he gets back to let us know if he caught a bigger fish and we would then create a larger replicaWe agreed to do this and we told him at the time that it may take a couple of months longeronce we hear from him as we have to pick up where we left off when he put his order on holdI don't feel this is unreasonable He contacted us in the end of August to let us know to go ahead with the original plan.We re-started his order at that time and are in the final stages of completion with it now and will be done within daysI informed Mr *** of this. We received an email from him inquiring about the status on Oct I responded on Oct 16th I do not show any unanswered emails from him prior to thisWe may have missed it, but I do not find anything from Sept 30th.Our email history with him to this point was timely (previous emails) and I wasn't aware that there was a problem until I received his last emailPlease let me know if you need any more info from me.
