I am deeply sorry that *** *** is unhappy with the serviceOur goal is to provide great service and communicate with the customerWe feel it is important to communicate with customer and have a open door policy that was our reason for the calls We did out best to communicate with the
customer that we needed more time to complete the taskWe needed customer authorization for additional time to proceed however the permission was deniedOur team is well aware of our customer satisfaction policy to never leave the house incomplete.We will be glad finish her house however we will need some additional timeIf my team failed to follow the procedure I would gladly send them back for freeMy team made the best effort to make it right for her.I hope this helps.
