Yes, we do show where you ordered the credit report twice.  In order to get the credit report, your perspective tenant needs to follow the directions in the email that was sent to them.  Once they complete the verification and answer the questions that...

pertain to their credit report it will release the credit report back in to the account created at youcheckcredit.com.   As for calling the office, It states on the website that we are in the office Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm pacific standard time.  You ran the report and called the office on Sunday the 2nd of March. We are not in the office on Sundays. In the meantime, the charges will be refunded.
