I am continuing to have a very bad experience with this company. I went into Coral Springs to cancel my membership as instructed. The man at counter stated he would have someone help me or I could give him my info and he would ensure the membership was cancelled. I provided my contact info and asked if anything else is needed from me to please call. For the 2 months following, I was charged the monthly fee. When the third one was attempting to be charged, I was called by the gym and informed I needed to pay. I informed them of my cancellation 2.5 months previously and they said they had no record of it and I owe the monthly fee plus $7 late fee PLUS $10 cancellation fee. When I refused to pay I was told I will be sent to collections. How is it my problem that their employee did not follow proper procedures. I'm still fighting this battle today and have yet to receive an email or call back from regional manager or corporate email.

With competition of LA Fitness and Cruch Gym coming to the area, I expected better from You Fit
I've been a member of You Fit for years I've left multiple messages at the front desk in the Bradenton store to have the store manager call me about issues with this gym No call after weeks! Several requests Management should call clients within hours No excuses
I wanted to talk about poor equipment maintenance, equipment downtime, cleaning during peak business hours, locks left on lockers for days, poor front desk service, etc
Before I leave You Fit and join a competitor, I would like to talk to someone in management at the Corporate office, not the local office XXX-XXX-XXXX Last chance to keep a long term client Thank you

This outfit is non professional Stay away they close one location and arbitrarily assume another location which is a further drive is ok and will keep charging you until you go in in person a pay them a CAncellation fee

Cancelling a membership is nearly impossible with these guys. I visited the place a month ago and tried to cancel the membership and was told I could not due to my wife being on the credit card. The membership was in my name! I returned 3 weeks later to try once again with my wife in tow, and was told oh, we will cancel but you will receive your annual fee, plus this months dues, plus another $10 bucks to do so. Some 80 dollars later I am done with these jokers!

Some really needs to do something about these guys!

I the age of 71 I stop into this Health Club to get some information about joining because I gained a little weight. An employee walk me around and showed me all the equipment people us at their facility. The next thing I know I was in one of their offices and I was being pushed to sigh up for a "PERSONAL TRAINING AGREEMENT"!! And he was one good salesman. I told him I could not afford a long-term agreement so I agreed to sign up for four lessons at 40 dollars a lesson for a total of $160.00. So after my 4th. lesson I find out I signed and initial a contract that the lessons never end at $160.00 a month!! So when I talked to the Manager she said "IT WAS MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I SIGNED THE CONTACT".
