In October of this year, YouGov (of which I am a member) advertised in an email that they would give 4,extra points instead of the usual 2,points if I got a friend to register during October and do at least surveysMy friends at did click on my link and did more than the required surveys so I could get my 4,pointsI was supposed to be awarded the 4,points the week of Novbut that didn't happen so I emailed YouGov requesting them to please award me my extra 4,pointsInstead of the promised 4,points they only rewarded me with 2,I emailed them again at least two or three times asking them to please award me my extra promised 2,points for a total of 4,pointsAlso, my friends at also told me they also wrote YouGov requesting my extra points but did not receive an answerYouGov has not replied to any of my emails but as stated before they added only 2,not 4,points to my accountI would like my promised extra 2,pointsPlease conta
I have earned enough points on this site to receive a $gift cardWhen I tried to cash out the icon just spun and spun and didn't workI tried to get this to work on many different days and on different devicesI wrote the company at least times and never got a responseWhen I changed the email address on the account and then tried to sign in, it told me I had to confirm the change via an email they sentNo such email arrived and I have requested it be sent again many timesSo now I'm locked out of the accountThey scammed me out of $and a lot of time spent

You Gov America (also [redacted] ) owe me about $110, I have contacted them about 4 times. I have told these people that I would like to cash out, it took a phone call to the main office to get them to finally contact me back only to send me a "cookie cutter" response that they will get in touch with me, that was 3 days ago. the point is that they have not given me my money.
I e-mailed you gov asking how long it takes to receive a gift card once you redeem your points.It took months for an answer and even then the answer was so vague I still do not know the answer.I realize how large they are but they need to be more on point with their answers and feedback
Yougov is nothing more than a scam! I surrendered points for an Amazon gift card and I never received itEmailed times, no responceCalled Twice and the answering machine would not take my call and hung up! Go figure, offices in CaliforniaNothing but crooks and cheats live thereMaybe the fires did them good, I hope!
