We applied for an apartmentThere was an error with there websiteIt said we had already paid and was would not run the card againWhen we went in they told us it was our faultThey wouldn't even call to make sure there wasn't a mistakeThey were very rude and acted like I was stupidIt's not worth it to do business with people like them

I attempted to call and get in contact many times with this property management company but was always a voicemail never a real personWhen I finally got a call returned they bewiddled me and were rudeThey sounded very stubborn to questions and acted as if my questions and concerns were stupid and that it was my fault for asking a questionAfter arguing over a simple dispute with a property being legal flr tentants they simply made a rude commet and made a sarcastic statement that was very unprofessional and offense before hanging up on me and no attempt answer when called backIf you are considering a property management please consider another one cause this one clearly has an issue with being professional and will cause you a loss in tenants

I am rejecting this response because: There was NO response to the format the Revdex.com providedNo response to the request for resolution
The response was to ignore three requests in the complaintAgain as I indicated earlier this cuts at the heart of the business Youle Realty is in
I understand that good companies respond to complaints poor companies do not
I was with my family over times over the months the issue occurredI witnessed first hand,the harassment, the police reports, and the communications with Youle realty
Youle indicating I am a distant 3rd party is not correctThis is my family and I saw first hand the issues over and overI am the person that asked my oldest son to communicate verbally with Youle as well as email documentation
Unfortunately for Youle there are witnesses , emails and police report documentationThe police sited the harassing person (to appear in court) and told her if any further problems with the fine young men.....she would have felony harassment chargesi believe there were police calls
Youle indicated these issues were brought up after lease was up the the occupants vacated ....not true Many verbal and emails to Youle about the issues and the police interventions
Youle indicated the issues were exaggerated ?? Felony harassment, miserable months for no reason.?
Tenants did not have use of laundry facilities because of the common area with the additional harassing occupantAlso harassing occupant took items belonging to the home owner
The occupants leased the property with reasonable legal expectation they were renting a house.This was the representation by Youle
Youle said " we represent the owners" The problem here is a lease is a legal contract and there is obligations on both sides of the agreement, this has been totally ignored
We are asking for 100% of the deposit and the charge for watering the lawn which was not agreed toThese are due without question
We asked ( being extremely reasonable) for a good faith compensation for the months they did not get what they contacted for
8.The owner also came to the property unannounced and treated the occupants rudelyAgain not a reasonable expectation for a leased property
So in summary ......Youle did not respond at all to the requests....I am sure this happens rarely with companies working with Revdex.com and responding to complaintsI really do not expect any business like response from this company

Thank you for contacting us with this issueYoule Realty is concerned about any issues regarding our tenants, and is very happy to respond to the complaint issued against us.
My simple and concise response is:

The complainant was not witness to any of these allegations, he is a distant and third party.
The person who has brought forward the complaint is not a tenant, and therefore not valid, a person who has no
contract with Youle Realty or has any no legal part in the contractual obligations between Youle Realty and its tenants.
The tenants knew there was a downstairs unit.
Youle Realty works for the owner of the home, not the tenant, and we must follow his instructionsYoule Realty
had no contractual agreement with the downstairs unit that was reserved for owners use The owner placed a tenant in his downstairs unitYoule had no ability to vacate or mediate with the downstairs unit tenant.
The tenants were given an opportunity to move out the last month, simply by signing paperwork stating they were released from their lease a month early with all rules and regulations of the lease remainingThey chose to stay and refused to sign the required paperwork to release them.
This person contacted Youle Realty after the lease was fulfilled and the tenants vacated the property, not before, or during the alleged interactions between the two parties.
In fact, Youle Realty believes that this complaint is an exaggerated second hand information/version submitted as an act of retribution and retaliation.

This company was a nightmare to deal with and I hardly even dealt with them. My first appointment with them for a house showing never even occurred because the woman showing the property was late and then when she finally did show up, she didn't get out of her car (she never even looked around to see if there was anyone waiting to look at the property, which is why I assumed that she wasn't the Realtor). She then drove off without ever asking if I was there to see the house. When I rescheduled my appointment for two days later, I was blown off completely and no one ever bothered to show up. I have called to complain a dozen times and still they have not answered their phone. After reading many other reviews, I feel bad for the people who actually have to put up with this company. They handle their business poorly and do not value their prospective customers one bit. God forbid that we would have signed a lease with them.

In regards to claim number [redacted], Youle Realty is in the process of returning the tenants deposit in full, and also refunding the tenants $75 request for the water charge.  Youle is happy to do so.  In terms of the request for compensation, Youle has no idea what that means.

He is privy to the ongoings between myself, my brother Kevin, and Ty Youle throughout the period of our residence at [redacted]. in which Youle Realty continually breached their agreement with us.
I have reviewed the complaint details and confirm that they are accurate.
I am personally willing to speak with you regarding these matters, and additionally can provide detailed documentation of our interactions with Ty Youle with regard to our claims that she has not acted reputably.
