On 4/12/I was attempting to park on a surface lot at 19th and Arapahoe in downtown Denver and remitting payment through the park mobile application Unfortunately, the application had an error and the payment did not go through, resulting in a lofty violation I immediately disputed the violation and let the SSPLUS team know that I was obviously more than happy to pay the daily rate After "review" the SPPLUS dispute department let me know that no exceptions would be made and I would owe the full fine amount After multiple week of back and forth with the dispute, I called the local office who let me know there is nothing they could do either since it had been past days and was already in collections
I've consistently paid to park in this lot and simply want to pay the amount I should owe if their mobile application had worked correctly

I work at the Seventeenth Street Building and I am a PAYING monthly parker in the Glenarm Terminal, owned and operated by Central Parking I have been a monthly paid parker in that terminal for over years I have been issued at least parking tickets by Central Parking, even though I am a paid monthly parker There is no on-site individual you can have an actual face-to-face conversation with to dispute these unwarranted tickets, and there is not even a valid phone number you can call and dispute the unwarranted tickets You are forced to use email correspondence only, with ZERO acknowledgement or verification your email has been received, and will be addressed How can they "ticket" a person that has paid for the ENTIRE MONTH? They did away with displaying your parking pass in your window and now go by your license plate number There has to be something "paid parkers" can do about being issued unwarranted tickets and having to go through all the hoops to get a ticket v

On Sunday February 28th at 3:PM I purchased a parking permit for $at the Central Parking lot near the Euclid Hall restaurant in Larimer Square Their parking kiosk issued me a ticket that expired at 5:00PM- just over one hour after I purchased the ticketThis, despite the fact that "Sat-Sun" was the only applicable option on their kiosk screen when I purchased the ticket When I returned to my car there was a notice of violation for $for the expired ticket Every other car around mine had the same tickets on their dashboards (that expired at 5PM) but my car was the only one with a notice of violation, so clearly they are not uniformly treating all the cars I disputed the violation on their website, but received no response from the company In late April I received a letter from a collection agency informing me I had to pay the $ I will pay the fee today to avoid problems with my credit, but I intend to pursue reimbursement, beginning with this complaint to the Revdex.com
