than prepared. 31 August 2017 To Ms. [redacted], You doubting my integrity, and CPT [redacted]’s integrity, was the last straw. When you texted me and said that I, and CPT [redacted], threw a fit at your home, in front of your children, you crossed the line. You KNEW that was a blatant lie, when you typed it. We have tapes of both visits, showing that you are a liar. How disgraceful. And even more disgraceful is that fact that you used your own children in this deceitful lie. Approximately two and a half months ago, you came to me and asked me if I would help you open a spa business, and now you turn it around as though I coerced you into this transaction, by you pulling the victim / widow card. I have several witnesses to the contrary, who are more than willing to provide statements, upon necessity. Our initial agreement was for $40,000 on the consultation fee, and another $6,764, toward new equipment that I had available for you to purchase toward your new business. And I have your signature agreeing to this, on a written form, dated 26 July 2017. But, in your greediness and contempt, you breached that contract, and have paid me only $25,000 toward your consulting fee, and another $1,000 toward the equipment. I’ve worked hard for you, and at this point, have provided you with enough information, training, documents, location, and preparation for you to start your own business. I even paid for your LLC and EIN Number, which you refused to pay to Ms. [redacted] (Owner, [redacted]), AFTER she prepared it for you. I have already paid you $15,000 back (even though I have already earned that in services provided to you), in the form of a check, on 19 August, which you refuse to cash because you have decided to extort more money out of me. I have your signature on that letter, which states “I have received this check, in the amount of $15,000, on 19 August 2017, and have been refunded in full, less services provided. No further payments are forthcoming, from Young at Heart, LLC, to me, [redacted].” This was witnessed by CPT [redacted], and the conversation was taped. And now, you are attempting to extort another $5,000 dollars from me. The only reason I decided to refund you that $15,000 was because I felt sorry for you, and your children, and because I was duped by your act of mental instability. But you have proven, that your intent from the very beginning, was to use me to gain enough training and information to open your own spa, and then coerce the money back from me. Well, I’m not playing this game with you. I have put up with your lying, your hateful and demeaning rhetoric, your verbal abuse, and your lack of commitment for too long. I have bent backward to work with you, but no longer. I will give you until 4:00 PM on the 7th of September to cash that $15,000 check, and after that point I am putting a stop payment on it. That allots you 20 total days in which to cash that check. The same deadline goes for you to pick up the massage table and the two boxes of sheets, which you have already paid for. Whether you choose to cash that check, and pick up your remaining supplies, is up to you. At this point, my compassion has run empty. I am providing the following information to my attorney, in the event you continue to lie about me and CPT [redacted], and continue to attempt to extort more money from me.
