Keep your children away from this company. They only communicate with who they want to and consistently make up rules as they go along, or enforce written rules only when they benefit certain parties involved. What they have done to my daughter and her team should be deemed child abuse due to the emotional toll it has taken.","neg-1

I have proof if needed. We have never had a child injured in one of our classes. all participates sign a contract including miss [redacted]. knowing that cheerleading is a dangerous sport and releasing YCOA of any liability. we have her singed contract if needed. YCOA takes all steps possible to insure the safety of our students, including safety training certification of each and every teacher. we have NEVER had a student injured Seriously in over 30 years of business. Our safety records is one of the best in cheerleading world. In over 30 years of business in 28 states we continue to offer our students a low coast cheerleading program. Miss [redacted] asked us for a refund and told us she would complain to the Revdex.com if she did not receive it. she told us the uniform was not worn. we will handle future cases much quicker and should have give her a refund from the beginning.Thank You!!Consumer Response The uniform was not used. This has been established.Contrary to what they report, no safer flooring was utilized and my child was dropped. The coach and parent volunteers can attest to this . Signing a contract understanding there are risks involved as a parent does not release the provider of any responsibility in providing a safe environment.Yes, I did receive a refund after repeatedly arguing over this matter. Final Consumer Response

Prepaid for classes. Classes were moved without notice to alternate location too far away. Would like refund of prepaid classes.I registered my child for cheer on Feb 4, 2015 for [redacted] location on Wednesday evenings. Class started on Feb 11, and we had the option of paying week by week or prepaying. I prepaid for 4 weeks total (plus additional charges for using debit card) My daughter attended 2 classes, then a week was cancelled due to weather, then she was out sick. When we arrived at the Rec center on Wed, March 11, no teacher or student was there. We asked the recreation center attendant where everyone was and she said they moved the location and time but was not informed of where it was. She said several parents showed up that day expecting the class. We went home. I called, and called, left messages, and got no response. Two days later, I got an email saying they lost a teacher and classes were relocated about 20 miles away on a different day of the week. We are unable to make that time, and I called and left messages that were unreturned. I emailed and I also sent a letter to the company. No response was ever given. I am still waiting for a refund of $14 for classes. Upon signing up, there was never any notice given that classes could change location/time at any point, and without notice.Desired Settlement$14 refundBusiness Response For some reason we cannot down load the complaint but we will look up her name and give her a refund for the 14$ YCOA wants all of our students and parent's happy. We have been teaching low cost children's programs for over 40 years , we want all of our costumers happy.thank you CEO [redacted] Consumer Response Although the company claimed I would receive a refund in their response to you, no refund has been given.Final Business Response I have contacted her to make sure we have the correct address. we cancelled the first check and resent the 2ed check 6/2/15 thank you
