It is a personal and professional policy to have a third party present during any and all disputes and unfortunately that person was not available until laterI would not complain at that time because I was still going to be home alone, with my kids until much later that dayI did want to risk having a disgruntled employee show back up to my residence. If it is your policy to have a signed ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE, you may want to remind your employees, because this did not happen and I would love to see that document for the Freon.You can recover the Freon for a full refund under these conditions:Neither *** NOR David B*** will come to recover it, it MUST be an alternate technician from the companyThe process WILL be recorded on videoIt MUST be at a time where my father and husband will be presentThey will be available after 4pm, I will need to be notified by someone OTHER than *** or ***I want confirmation that my payment is being refunded at the time of recoveryI still require *** license number

08/23/2016 In response to case [redacted] It is Air of Houston** strict policy that all repairs / services are required to obtain authorization prior to anything being performed. Air of Houston did get a signed invoice and signed credit card slip from [redacted] with these services and charges....
Although, [redacted] complaint is that she did not authorize any refrigerant. Therefore, in an attempt to please both parties, Air of Houston did offer to come back out to [redacted] home and remove / recover the (7) lbs of refrigerant in question and refund the full $394.45 payment. [redacted] has refused this offer. It is our goal that we can get this issue settled and resolved in an amicable manner. Air of Houston would also like to make mention that all calls to and from Air of Houston are recorded. If at any time these recordings are needed for this case, they are available as well as any and all signed invoices / receipts. Sincerely, David B[redacted]
