I have not spoken with Mr*** regarding his daughters chipped toothHer mother did call and come into the center stating that Auri tooth was chippedShe did not provide a photocopy of the chipped tooth or bring Auri into the center to have her tooth examined by the staff at Young
ExpressionsI did ask the mother for a photocopy, but as of today, I haven't received anythingSo I have not seen the chipped toothed that was allegedly chipped at Young Expressions Our lock was outdated and had to be replaced Mr*** was aware of the lock situation and did not voice any concern about the safety of the children at the center prior to the chipped tooth incident Although the lock was broke, the doors were locked from the inside We do not have working cameras installed, as Mr*** was also aware of..I do not understand how Young Expressions can respond to this complaint without having the opportunity to view the chipped toothThe tooth could have been chipped outside of the daycare center Childcare regulations did come and interview the staff, as of today, I have not received a report from childcare regulations and as of last week, they had not received a photocopy of the chipped toothed either

Expressions. I did ask the mother for a photocopy, but as of today, I haven't received anything.
