Review: I placed an order online at mynursinguniforms.com on October 13, 2013. (Order number [redacted]). I have yet to receive this order. I have contacted the company by email twice with no response. I have called [redacted] and it is a non-working number. My credit card has been charged and I have been unable to look up the status of my order or whether they plan on sending me my order or issuing me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation as to why my order was never processed but yet my credit card was charged.

I recently purchased the assets of MyNursingUniforms.com and was unaware that orders had been placed and not shipped. Once we found out we contacted the customers and shipped the product and gave them a discount for the delay. [redacted] order shipped 11/13/13 and we refunded 10% for the delay. My customer service department says that this complaint was prior to our contact with her and that she is satisfied.
