I paid $plus shipping for an essential oil starter kit that comes with an oil diffuser and essential oilsThe diffuser sent to me does not workI called into their customer service department and they sent me a replacement part that goes inside the diffuserThe day that this part came I replaced it and the diffuser still did not workI used their online chat to ask about a replacement and was told that I would have to wait for a label to be sent to me to avoid incurring shipping costs, and then wait for it to be shipped to them, and then wait another 2-weeksThey declined expediting the order and also declined returning the entire order at the cost I paid due to the circumstances because the oils were opened when I got the kit

This company has been so helpful for me and my family They have helped me understand how to use their website to order product and very helpful once when the product had leaked during shipping I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to start or continue a journey toward better health and wellness

I have been a Young Living member for nearly six years and have always found that they fix every problem that's come up, and they go above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience and the highest quality products

From what I can gather, this company is like a pyramid schemeThey ask you to submit information if you want to order from their websiteThen they bother you endlessly by sending you solicitations via paper mail, via phone call, and via emailI did not buy a membership, nor did I ask to be solicited to join as a subscriberAll I wanted to do was buy a bottle of oil
If you can buy your Young Living Oil from a holistic provider, I would do thatBecause apparently they will use your contact information to bother you endlessly to spend more money at their companyI have never shopped online and had a company do this to meIt's ridiculous and extremely unprofessionalConsequently I will never buy from this site again (and it's a maybe if I will buy their products in the future)
