First of all the guy couldn't find my house which is right off a busy street, he barely spoke English so I couldn't understand most of what he said When he finally arrived minutes late, he looked at my tub and said it needed to be stripped first and didn't have the materials with him to do so I specifically told the woman on the phone when I scheduled the appt that the tub had been previously glazed so she quoted me a price including the stripping of the old glaze This guy was totally useless.....he left and now I have to find someone else!
Not a good experienceMy bathtub looked dull and had some chips so I found Glaze Tub on *** *** I paid for the Tub Glazing deal on lineWhen Sam from Glaze Tub came out he told me it would cost me an additional $to have my Tub glazed, I wasn't happy, but I agreed to pay himI had nice sliding doors on my shower, which he took off to do the jobIt took almost days before I could use the shower and the smell of the glazing was over poweringOn top of that, "Sam" knocked some tiles out and they brokeI could not find the exact color, so he replaced them with tan tiling (my original tiles are pink)Within days of the job being finished half the wall of tiles fell off! When I called him about it, he said he could replace my whole shower for $I could not afford this price, so I was left with a hole in the wall that is still thereOn top of that, he never put my shower doors back on and I have the tracks still on the tub and have to use a shower curtainI decided to investigate this company and found out the guy was not licensed and his name is not sameIt is MohammadI became frightened at this point and never contacted him again! My shower is a complete mess and their is a huge hole in the wall that I have to cover with plastic to keep from dripping down into the wall to the basementI am an older woman and live by myselfI do not want to have a problem from this man! To get my shower fixed is going to cost at least $2000, which I cannot affordPlease do not use this person!

The company was very responsive and it was very easy to schedule an appointment The initial appointment was scheduled for 11/13/for 9:but there was a scheduling mistake on providers end resulting on provider to coming to the premise and leaving before 9:Thus, that appointment was rescheduled for 11/
On 11/23/the provider arrived minutes late without any explanation
On 11/25/the provider was informed that there were paint drops all over the bathtubHe apologized and we scheduled an appointment for 12/5/to have it fixed
The provider never showed up to the 12/5/appointment and did not replay to my request if andwhen someone will come to fix the problemSince, we haven't heard from the company
