Just received the estimate from my insurance co, and I can't wait to get [redacted] Roof Services to spin me a new roofAt every point of the process so far they've been responsive and clearly knowledgeableJust a few minutes of conversation with Mr [redacted] confirmed I am in good hands as he's informed me what I should expect during each phase of the claims/replacement processI'm also fully confident, through conversations with him and my own research, in his expertise in roofing materials and methodsI have a tendency to give businesses the third degree and vet them to the best of my ability and speaking with Mr [redacted] has comforted me numerous times alreadyThanks to him I feel I understand what to avoid, what to watch for and what to expect He's also a local small business, which is important to me because I know who the buck stops with, and I believe small business is the lifeblood of the American Dream Once I'm enjoying my new roof though I'll be glad to hope it's a long long time before I need roof repair, I will say that these will be the people I call if or when that day comes

The first April hail storm in Plano destroyed our roof, skylight & guttersWhile I was assessing the damage to our home our neighbor walked over & asked if I wanted his roofing company to evaluate our roofOur neighbor said he has known the owner of the roofing company for over years & we could not choose a more reputable company for our repairsOur neighbor introduced us to *** Young, one of the best contractors we have ever had the pleasure with which to work
*** evaluated our roof, gutters & skylight & gave us a complete report on their conditionHe walked us through the forthcoming process of contacting the insurance company, meeting with the adjuster & choosing replacement materials*** met with our insurance adjuster to provide his evaluation & insured all damage was accurately reportedAfter receiving the insurance company approval, *** again met with us to overview the repair process & set up a schedule
During the installation process *** was always on our site monitoring the installation by his crew to insure all our requirements were metHe met with us each day to discuss the process & answer any questions we might haveHis crew was excellent & cleaned our property at the end of each day*** also managed the installation of the gutters & downspouts as well as coordinating the skylight installation

I reached out to Mike with Young Roof Services this past summer when I had an oddball roof issue that turned out existed prior to purchasing the home over ten years ago. I felt defeated and cheated because this should have been disclosed during purchasing, or found by the inspector, and was left very unsure about to move forward. What could have been extremely stressful, Mike made really easy and hopeful.

Mike and his team are experts at what they do, but perhaps more than that they care tremendously about their customers. He spent time with me discussing what needed to be done and giving my guidance about options. The price was far below what I thought I would have to pay for such a repair and the repair was done in a timely manner with high quality. One of the greatest things I can share is that he gave me hope and peace of mind by how his company was able to fix the roof so quickly, affordably, and with such quality. And, he and his company went above and beyond making some other repairs that were connected to the oddball roof while they were completing the roof repair. I remember thanking Mike over and over for his reliability, quality, care, and simply over and above work that he did for me on my home. I was amazed and grateful at his generosity, kindness, and care throughout the entire repair.

Recently, my house was hit by an extreme hail storm, which damaged the roof so much, that it has to be replaced. I reached out to Mike immediately. Although he already had many customers lined up, he was able to fit me into his schedule. He came by immediately to assess the damage and to confirm the need to replace it and he also came back to meet the adjustor a week later. With the insurance confirming the need to replace the roof, Mike and I are on to the next stages of scheduling a time to get the work done. I am very excited to know that my roof is in excellent hands with Mike and Young Roof Services. He also spoke with me about using materials that would make the warranty on the roofing materials last the longest amount of time possible. He is always looking out for my best interests in every step of the way. I trust that he will do the same with you, too.

One of the things I would also like to share is that he and his company have a small town feelin the best possible waywhere neighbors look after each other and care deeply for each other, where honesty is the cornerstone to business, and where people treat each other fairly, with great respect, deep kindness, and a trust that things will get done and they will get done right.
