Nothing but negative I have been attempting to remove a garnishment from my pay check for over months and nothing has been accomplished My pay is still being garnished for an arrears payment that have been successfully completed I am overpaying my account each month due to this garnishment and still have not received by overage returned to me
The city needs to find a new business to replace young Williams pc. The staff is clueless and does not respond to complaints or issues. Funny how they treat every male that walks through the door like they are a deadbeat dad. When the staff, of course other than the rotating case managers get back to you have no knowledge of the rules and regulations of how the system works. Be careful, gave ex credit with a cashiers check which of course was filled out incorrectly even with a staff present.
If you have issues, take further steps to resolve by calling the city at [redacted]. Enough said, been a nightmare since day one spring of 2013.
