I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. This is ridiculous. Mr*** "response" never mentions that the car wouldn't start, that I brought the problem to his attention ONE DAY after I bought it, that he kept promising to fix it but never did, or that I tried and failed to get him to do the right thing and undo the "deal" we made. He makes it sound like there was no problem at all until my "needs changed". What never changed was that I needed a car that would start; all that "changed" was that I gave up on getting that from Mr. ***. So I "traded it in" by paying a fair price (to another dealer) for a car that was "listed" for $more than the dealer really wanted--so when he gave me a "trade-in" of $I wasn't really "getting" anything. The bottom line, as I said in my complaint, is that Mr*** Malibu cost me $and wouldn't start, and all I really ever got for it was the $that Mr*** "generously" gave me to get rid of me. By the way, regarding my request for a refund of $3800: I only put that in my complaint because the Revdex.com form requested it and that is the actual amount of my loss. I have never expected that a crook like Mr*** will pay me anything, because ripping people off is how he makes a living. All I actually expect from writing to Revdex.com is that my experience with Mr*** be posted on the Revdex.com website to warn other used car buyers away from being scammed by Mr*** as I was

Mr *** bought a car from me August A couple months after he purchased it, he came to me and said he was looking to trade it in, because his needs had changedHe purchased another vehicle at another dealershipI had called that dealership and they offered him $2,for the tradeI
also gave him $So in all he got $for the tradeWe all know that as soon as a car leaves the lot, it depreciates in value I am sorry that he is not happy, but I will not be giving him any more moneyThe vehicle was sold “As Is and at this sales price”.Thank you,*** ***
