Youngs had my work truck for a week just to diagnose why truck was not running at full potential(truck was running ok just not at full power)Mechanic calls me and states that truck needs high pressure oil pump all new injectors and wire harness(average cost for such repairs $3500.00)I new this not to be true because I recently had high pressure pump and few new injectors installedWhen I spoke to owner(Trent)he stated maybe his mechanic misdiagnosed truckThe owner calls me back a day later and says it needs a injector driver module.I told him to replace itHe installs remanufactured moduleHe calls me tells me to pick up truckI get miles from his shop and truck breaks down(truck running bad from youngs).Had truck towed to shop that specializes in these type motors(diesel)They test truck and module is badYoungs will not replace bad module after promising to do soThey also have displayed bad attitude

the customer is as follows:I would first like to state that we have returned all calls from the customer. Several messages had been left back and forth between both the customer and us, but had been unable to connect.This type of fuel system comes with a lifetime warranty to the original customer only and is registered by serial number for the warranty. Therefore, since it has been months since the system was installed, there was no way to return the system. Nor would the system be able to be re-sold since the warranty is not transferrable. I offered a credit for the difference between the systems. The customer declined.On 5/27/16, the customer and I were finally able to discuss the situation over the phone and came up with a resolution that was agreed upon by both parties. I went to Young's Farm Service and Repair in order to get a new fuel system installed in my truckTrent Young, the owner of Young's Farm Service and Repair, and I verbally agreed to install a *** *** *** into my truck After the service was completed and paid for, I contacted the manufacturer (*** *** ***) to inquire about what fuel filters I would need for my new fuel system *** *** *** informed me that I had a *** *** *** in my truck I contacted Young's Farm Service and Repair and informed Josh from Young's Farm Service and Repair that *** *** *** told me that I had a *** *** *** Josh said he would call Young's Farm Service and Repair distributor and get back to me Josh informed me that the distributor must have pulled the wrong part I then contacted Trent in order to resolve the issue of the wrong size fuel system in my truck Trent explained that because I did not contact him within days of the installation, that he could not
