This is regarding to your letter dated on April 10, for the complaint you received.On March 28, 2015, that customer came to our store to purchase products and tried to pay thepurchase in split by some amount of cash and $for Credit/Debit card.Our clerk tried that card and the transaction
was declined first timeThe customer wanted to try thecard again and the second transaction was declined againThe customer arguing that her card wouldnot be declined, because there was enough money in balance and wanted to keep trying that cardthree times moreAfter five times credit card transactions were declined, she called the credit cardcompany and yelled that one of the transactions was processed and $was paid by our store.Our clerk called me and let me talk to herI told her that since it was Saturday evening and I could notverify that transaction through my credit card processing company until Monday, I would reimburse you$now, but if I find out your argument is not right you have to give that money back to me.On Monday, I found out that the customer had any money on her account at the purchasing date andabsolutely no money was paid by our store from her credit card accountI called the customer andexplained what I verified and she already knew that the amount money was not paid to usThecustomer came to our store and gave back the reimbursed money to meWe fully understood thesituation and apologized to each otherWe ended this case in mutual understanding.If you have any further information, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,
