Hello [redacted] ,My name is [redacted] I am a representative for Innovative Language LLC, the parent company of [redacted] In response to the complaint, the customer sent emails, all of which were answeredThe last email we sent was not responded to so this is were the communication broke downNo request for a refund was asked for by the customer during this correspondence even though we have a 60-day, no questions asked refund policyWe have cancelled the subscription and refunded the customer as a courtesyI have attached all the emails sent as well as a copy of the refunded chargedWe wish to have this matter quickly resolved and dismissed.Warm Regards, [redacted] Customer SupportInnovative Language LLC

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Spanishpod101.com regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Although they did reverse the charges, this does not change the fact that they used a bait and switch to get my
money (twice)The first time, they sent out a bogus email stating that there had been an error in their last email and that I was entitled to a discounted rateThere was no error in the previous emailThen I signed up for one month at $and selected not to may the charges reoccuringThe next month I was charged $I am guessing that there are a lot of people who similarly fell for the extremely misleading advertising and billing campaign of this companyIts really too bad because the service actually seemed ok
