(Revdex.com received the following email from the business)Ms***, In response to Mr***'s complaint, payment to resolve the debt was not received from the title company by the Association's attorney until Tuesday, September 5, or after, due to the holiday on MondayIn
turn, the lien release was sent for filing on September 13, 2017, of which a copy was mailed directly to *** ***. The title company was then able to transfer a clear title to the buyer of the propertyThis process should have been explained to *** *** by Valley Title Company on August 31, 2017. Per the Ohio Revised Code, Section 5301.36, the Association has days to release liens, once a debt has been satisfiedTherefore, considering the timeline of events, I would consider this matter handled quite expeditiously, and this complaint should be removed from our file.
