Here is the list of things that I was not happy with while staying at the BoardwalkThese are all things that should of been taken care of before the unit is rentedNot after and hope nobody says anythingDuring my research of reviews I found where several of these issues were addressed in other reviews on August 7, 2013, February 27, and September 8, When a family has been planning a vacation the first thing they should say when waking in to the condo is "wow" not "oh me" 1) front door looks like it has been either broken into or out ofNot sure which 2) bedroom - when I pulled the comforter down to go to bed I found the sheets dirtyAnd by dirty I mean someone had had a lot of fun on themIf housekeeping doesn't get anything else right the bed clothing should be cleanI called the number to get in touch with someone and waited hour for a nice young man to bring us clean ones that didn't fit the bed 3) the mattress needs to be replacedOnce you get in you have to have help getting outEveryone goes to the middle 4) the bathroom - the vent is falling out of the ceilingThe cabinet looks like an animal has been chewing on it 5) the living room - the furniture needs to be replacedThe couch is worn and sagging 6) the wall going into the kitchen - someone has either fell into it or hit it 7) the balcony floor is peeling offAnd the furniture is all rustedCushions on chairs have been there for along time 8) freezer - ice maker must of been leaking or something because there was an inch of ice in the bottom of the freezerAlso found hairs in the freezer I called after arriving home about a refund on our stay This room that should not of been rented before fixing things that had already been addressed since I received a call stating that I would receive one nights stay back which was around $ I was told I would get a check in the mail Two days after the check should of arrived I called back and told them the check did not arrive The next day I get a credit on my checking account for $which is short what I was quoted No one would call me just emails back and forth After some shady accounting I did finally figure out how they came to the $ They even went ahead and changed me for a Processing Fee and a Cleaning Fee I should of charged them for seeing dirty sheets like I saw Bottom line is when you are renting a room for people to sleep in and it is not sufficient you should make it right with the person in a timely matter Kindness goes a long way

Be very careful when using this company as a management companyThey allow underage renters, they allow guests to cause damage and you will end up paying for the damages, their maintenance men cause damage and then you have to send your own repairman (at your expense) and they will replace appliances without your approvalIt is very hard to communicate with themThe departments do not communicate with each otherThey are more concerned with the guests then the ownersThey charge a monthly maintenance fee and only change out the air filter

Booking is very easy and quick which was the only good Compliment that we hadWe stayed over spring break in a rental through Youngs suncoast and we will not rent from them again ONce they got our money they never sent an email about check in or anyrthingWe were promised our room by PM on different occasions, and had to wait until 5:When we did get there our room was very dirtyThere was dried blood on the phone and the bathroom wallYou could tell it had not had a deep clean in monthsWe even found a shoe under the bed that someone had left behindWe did call, left a review when we left and didnt even get an apology email, NOTHING!! DO NOT RENT from them!
