As a courtesy to Mr. [redacted] I bent the rules for which he showed no appreciation and it has caused me more problems than if I had followed normal procedure. Np, Mr. [redacted] didn’t sweep his unit or he left the door open allowing debris to enter the unit. I had to personally sweep his unit after he left. I have not made it this long in business by trying to unrightfully take my customer’s deposits. This ordeal has caused me great duress and I wish I would not have done business with Mr. [redacted]. To conclude this I will mail Mr. [redacted] a check for $17.50.
