Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Youngblood's RV Center, Inc Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: ###-###-#### Company Email: [redacted] Person Who Sent the Complaint: *** [redacted] Staff Member: Response: In response to Mr [redacted] ’ complaint, Youngblood’s RV of Paducah did not intend to mis-represent the unit in question to the customerWhen [redacted] Youngblood showed the customer the unit in question, he told Mr [redacted] ’ that it didn’t have any leak damage to his knowledgeIt is our policy to check and re-check for leaks in a unit once it is soldHad Youngblood’s RV of Paducah known of the leak damage, it would have been fixed before the unit was sold [redacted] Efrom Youngblood’s RV in Mayfield, KY (our main location) called Mr [redacted] on or around October to ask him about the title to his old camper that he traded in to Youngblood’s RV of PaducahThe bank that released his lien on his old camper mailed him the title instead of mailing it to our dealershipWhen [redacted] asked Mr [redacted] to send the title to us, he informed her he didn’t want to because we had lied to him about the Montana he boughtAt this point, [redacted] informs him that we would not have intentionally lied to him about the condition of the Montana and told him that we would be more than happy to fix it and make the situation right in the customer’s eyesTo this day (10/31/15), the customer has yet to contact [redacted] or anyone else at Youngblood’s RV of Paducah to inform us of this situation or to request that we fix the problemYoungblood’s RV of Paducah is committed to the satisfaction of our customers and would like to assist Mr [redacted] in the repair of his camperMr [redacted] needs to call the dealership and speak with someone about having the camper brought in for repairAs this is not an easy repair, Mr [redacted] needs to also know that he’ll be without his camper for an extended period of time and that we want to do the work when he is not using his camper Sent on: 11/2/10:27:AM
