Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 19, 2015/01/07) */ I recently contacted the customer [redacted] and went to Her residents in Albany to take a look at the door jam that was Split to see if it was due to a install/product-warranty or if it was Caused by the customer or vandalismAfter looking at the Door jam in person with my in house carpenter we discovered that the door had been over extended or opened to far which caused the door to splitEven though it was not my company's fault my carpenter and I fixed the door just because customer service is one of our biggest strenths and we always want our customers 100% happy and satisfied We also spoke with [redacted] soon completion and she said she was very happy we fixed it and would be contacting the Revdex.com with satisfaction notice
