Very negative experience
Cancellation policyif they send you a delayed ship they will send you a NOTICE and an estimated dateThen the email says you can call to cancel if you would likeThe VERY LAST LINES ON THE EMAIL states: "To clarify, if you agree to the above shipment delay, then you must contact us at the above toll-free number or we will cancel the backordered product(s) from your order."
Things need to change:
Don't put that kind of ACTION at the bottom of an email
Don't label the email as a NOTICE
Get with the 21st century and put a link in the email to confirm
In the subject line put ACTION REQUIRED
So I recieved a cancelation email Nov 18th of a product I ordered October 29thI am more then disappointed with the lack of communication and URGENCY that was given that action was needed
Tried to submit a review to the company about this exact thing and their website isn't safe by google to go that waySo I will submit it here where I know people will see and take notice

I have used Nhcd as my dental discount plan for years. I've saved more than I've paid into it. I pay around $17 a month for it.
