Gentlemen:First of all our response has been delayed as we received this notice for the first time today. Our address changed to *** *** *** *** ** *** in June 1997. Our email has been *** for at least three years.In regards to the
complaint of *** ***, she is mistaken. We have not and still don't insure the family autos. On August 27th, we received a notice to cancel auto coverage from the *** Agency . I called their agency on August 31st and spoke with *** *** to let him know we did not insure their automobiles. This whole situation has been created I feel by a breakdown in communication between *** and *. *** did approach us about writing his auto insurance and stated all cars were titled to him. We advised *** that he could not cancel insurance on any vehicle until the plates were surrendered. He stated he would get back to us when the matter was resolved and led us to believe he was going to continue his existing policy in force. As far as we know, all insurance is still in force with ***'s auto policy with *** *** *** ***We are the ones that actually looked out for the interests of all family members by cautioning *** that all plates had to be properly insured or surrendered to the DMV. Not only were we concerned about ***, but his son and *** as well. I feel her complaint is unjustified as we did not do what she alleges. Sincerely yours, Charles Y
